IAMRA Physician Information Exchange (PIE) The PIE is a platform that facilitates enhanced information sharing across international borders for IAMRA members (who are medical regulatory authorities) about the doctors that they register in the interests of public protection. This may include information about doctors who have had action taken against them and who may attempt to practice in another jurisdiction. It may also include those who make fraudulent applications for registration. PIE is an exclusive service for IAMRA members and has been noted in recent international investigations as a practical and effective solution to prevent physicians with serious sanctions moving between jurisdictions undetected. The PIE platform and other useful information including a Quick Start Guide and Guidelines are available on the members-only section of the website. Please contact Sarah Heermans, IAMRA Director of Operations, at sheermans@iamra.com for more information and to register for the PIE.
